- Because these products are made to order, all sales are FINAL.
- Beyond Tees Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Once order is placed, it goes directly into processing and cannot be cancelled or changed.
Since these items are customized and made to order we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless it is a mistake made ON OUR PART. In Which case we will refund or replace the item. Once your package has arrived you have 72 hours to contact Beyond Tees Co customer service via email at sales@beyondteesco.com with any problems with your order. You will be required to send picture evidence of the item and our team will analyze and approve or deny said return or exchange. Refunds are returned the same method as the original payment.
These orders are handmade with care and we do everything we can to provide high quality products. Each product is unique in design and variations may occur. These items are made to order and no two items will ever be identical. Please keep in mind we are only human and mistakes can happen causing slight imperfections. Should this happen, they will not take away from the uniqueness, integrity or function of the item(s). Neither refunds or replacements will be considered unless there is an actual design flaw on our part.
