Shipping policy
Beyond Tees Co strives to get orders shipped out as quickly as we can. Our current processing times are 1-3 Weeks. Custom Orders are subject to change depending on the complexity of the order. During Holidays and special events Processing times may be longer. Be sure to check processing times before purchasing your item(s).
Depending on the demand of orders, it may take longer for your order to ship. In which case we will contact you via email if any delays should occur longer than the current processing times.
Processing times are subject to change without notice.
- Custom orders: Please reach out to us via sales@beyondteesco.com should you have an item you would like customized/personalized. We will do our best to meet your needs. Customized orders placed may have a longer processing time in order to meet the customers needs/quantity of items needed for said personalizaton. All efforts are made to carry blank product in stock but in the case inventory is not in stock orders may take longer.
Shipping: We currently only offer USPS as our carrier. Orders will ship out within 15 days unless otherwise stated. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Beyond Tees Co is not responsible for items being shipped to the wrong address.
- We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS.
- We do not offer refunds/replace orders due to USPS losing the package(s).
- You will have to contact USPS to file a claim if something is lost
- Beyond Tees Co is not responsible for Stolen packages.
If you have entered an incorrect address and your order has NOT been shipped, contact customer service via email. If the order has been shipped it is out of our hands and you can contact USPS to change your address.
